We saw an opportunity to develop a property on an underutilized lot and were able to design and build a sophisticated and energy-efficient condo building in under 18-months. 

The Modern was embraced by the community seeking a need for a contemporary building and place to call home that exudes modern city living. Each unit has large windows, a skylight, white oak flooring, and state-of-the-art appliances. The floor support systems were built with engineered lumber, resilient channels, and insulated with Roxul and Net-zero integrated a spray foamed insulation system in roof and walls, low E energy efficient Anderson & Crystal windows, and Ultra-High Efficiency HVAC Systems.
